A selection of some of the projects I’ve been involved with over the last few years.
The design studio
Co-founding and running a small, but big design studio. Check out Overhaus. We started the studio back in 2012 – a bunch of great designers have come and gone since then. These days we are a small, but highly skilled team of creatives in the cross-section between design, illustration, animation and art direction.

The past time
I consider myself more of an illustrator and designer than a traditional artist. While I have participated in numerous exhibitions since 2007, my primary focus is on creating enjoyable and engaging work in line with my passions. Climbing
Sometime around 2018, I noticed that the world of climbing didn’t really have any fun, small, indie brands with great designs, low runs and an overall independent approach. I decided to move on this, and made Lowbrow Apparel. We’ve released a bunch of t-shirts, some prints, mugs and even a comic book. Nowadays, Lowbrow Apparel is a dorment, while most of the ideas goes towards Rungne Apparel.

My interest in music, is something that has followed me since early age. I did my first record covers back in 2007, and have over the years provided design for hundreds of record covers, festivals and other music related endavours. You can see a small selection of these over here.

With close to 20 years of experience in the field, I’ve lived through both the analogue and digital world. I can help you get your stuff manufactured, point you in the right direction or advice you on what path to take to get the most impact.
I am a designer, illustrator and art director. I’m also partner and the co-founder of the norwegian design studio Overhaus.
A keen interest in music led me into the realms of webdesign and illustration, while filters in photoshop were the big thing, and css was still a distant myth. Over the years I’ve specialized in making record covers and profiles for bands, in between studying both fine arts and visual communication. Day to day, I work mainly with creating visual branding for the small and big businesses. Being it working with typography, colors, or ink.
In my downtime, I mostly spend my time with my family, bouldering, or working on some personal projects.

Other things
I've won a few awards: a lot of diplomas from Visuelt. Can't remember exactly for what at the time of writing this. I've also sat in the jury for illustration on Visuelt. I've won a few cubes from Kuben in our hometown, that's nice. Mostly for illustration. A fun one was Norske Konsertarrangørers ‘Poster of the year' for the design we did for Eggstock. We won that a couple of times.
